To order products from our online shop a customer must correctly fill the order form.
Our registered customers in order to log in to our online shop have to enter their login and e-mail address.
Placed orders are confirmed within 24 hours via e-mail.
In most cases we also make a phone confirmation of order so it is neccesary to enter a valid phone number.
